How much do you charge?

We work on a commission only basis, so we ONLY get paid, if you get the result you are looking to achieve. There is absolutely no charge for meeting in person, giving an opinion on your homes value, showing you homes to buy or helping get you a loan approval. We make a commission at the end of the sale, paid typically by the seller at closing.

What if my credit is low, or I don’t have a downpayment?

We work with this situation all the time, if you are not ready right now we will get you into a plan to become ready within the coming months. We can recommend lenders, who can help you get a home loan and improve your credit score. Most people given a few months, and the right plan, can get their finances ready for a home purchase. We also know some methods on how to get a home for 0% or 3.5% downpayment.

When Im selling my home, do I need to plan for out of pocket costs?

This is a super common concern for many sellers, they don’t want to go spending thousands of dollars on repairs before a sale. You as the seller are in complete control on how much you invest into a sale. We can sell a home totally AS-IS, in literally any condition. Or if you want to spruce it up, we can help advise which repairs to do, and which to save your money on. The future buyer can’t force you to do any repairs, but they do have the option to ask for them. As seller, you can either accept or decline this request.
