Galt real estate questions
Can you show any house? Even ones listed with a different real estate agent?
Yes we can – you can choose one realtor you are comfortable working with. Then they can show you all the homes you want to see.
Do you work with first-time homebuyers?
Absolutely – we love helping first time buyers make the jump into home ownership. We even made a free 30 minute video course for first time buyers helping them learn how to buy. You can watch these videos Here.
What if I don’t have a loan approval yet?
That’s totally fine, we can help you navigate the loan application process with a bank of your choosing. There are many local lenders who offer loans we can put you in touch with.
Can you show me homes in other towns?
Yes, we serve all of North Central Missouri. So if you want to see homes in Chillicothe, Macon, Trenton, Milan, Bethany, Princeton, Cameron, Carrollton, Gallatin, etc., we can work with you on your purchase!
What if I haven’t bought a home in a long time?
Our Buyer Starter Kit helps you get familiar again with the buying process and provides resources to help you prepare. You can also contact our team to talk about your questions and next steps.
But my home is not cleaned or ready yet…
That is totally normal, we have been in THOUSANDS of homes, and almost none of them were perfectly clean when we met. At the initial meeting, all we’re doing is looking with you — a second follow-up will be set for any listing photos to give plenty of time to tidy up.
But my home needs work, and I don’t have the funds to fix it…
No repairs are required to list your home, you can sell in its current condition. We can add a note to the listing saying seller not interested in making repairs.
But I don’t want to be pressured into a listing or called nonstop…
We agree, there’s nothing worse than a pushy salesman who’s just out for a commission. Thankfully, our agency is doing well, and we have no need for desperate sales tactics. We are here if you would like our assistance, and if not, that’s okay. We operate on a no-pressure philosophy.
