Braymer developed in 1887 along the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul railroad. The town was named for Judge Daniel Braymer. Today, its compact center and surrounding agricultural area provide a starting point for exploring this part of Caldwell County.

That is totally normal, we have been in THOUSANDS of homes, and almost none of them were perfectly clean when we met. At the initial meeting, all we’re doing is looking with you — a second follow-up will be set for any listing photos to give plenty of time to tidy up.
No repairs are required to list your home, you can sell in its current condition. We can add a note to the listing saying seller not interested in making repairs.
